Shipping and Delivery Information
At Bohuroopi, we want to prioritise swift and secure delivery of our products. In order to ensure safe transit, we have a nominal shipping fee in place, which is highlighted below. This fee helps us implement proper packaging and reliable shipping methods to protect your purchases.
📌 Order Modifications: Order contents cannot be modified once the order is confirmed. In case you'd like to add/remove products from your order, we request you to reach out to our Support team for review. Please note that this is only possible before an order is shipped.
📌 Address Changes: Address changes can be accommodated if they are communicated within 2 hours of placing the order. However, any modifications requested after this timeframe will incur a fee of INR 100.
📌 Packaging Requests: Short gift notes, up to 20-30 words are individually handwritten by our lovely team :) However, for longer texts, we will be printing them out on white paper with a standard font.
Please note that orders placed on the weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that orders will not be shipped on public holidays or in the event of circumstances out of our control.
Express Deliveries in Kolkata:
We have the option to provide expedited deliveries to selected pincodes in Kolkata, where the package can be sent over by local courier facilities (i.e. Rapido Parcel, Porter) and can reach you the same day or the following day.
Please note that this depends on the availability of the items and the time of placing the order, as our team will need sometime to prepare the shipment for dispatch. Please confirm with our Support team over call or chat before placing the order for expedited shipping. They will be happy to guide you through the next steps.
