Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
As you're going through our returns/exchange process, please keep in mind that most of the products that you order from us has been handcrafted by our artisans and takes a lot of time to make. There may be slight variations in colour, texture, or oxidisation. We believe that these variations add character and charm to our products, making each one a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. ⭐
Please follow these steps to register your request:
1. Keep your Order ID and contact details (email ID or phone number) handy.
2. Go to our chat support
4. Register your request. That's it! ✅
✉️ Our Support team will review your request within 2-3 business days, and you will receive further communication regarding the pickup of your product and refund status.
📦 Our delivery partner will pick up the product from your address. Please keep the products in their original packaging and ready to hand them over to the delivery executive. Once we receive the product, we will perfom a quality check and then issue you a refund or exchange.
Marketplace Purchases:
Any purchases made from other online portals will be governed by the refund and return policies of those portals and will need to be escalated to the concerned portals only.
Clearance Sale Products:
Items purchased during our clearance sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Our sale items are a treasure, and they are yours to cherish :) If you're facing any other issues, please reach out to our Support team at contact@bohuroopi.com and we would be happy to work out a resolution for you.
🏷️ Refund Policy for Domestic Orders:
Please note that forward as well as reverse shipping charges are non-refundable. We offer the following refund options:
Store Credit: The entire product value will be refunded and issued to you in the form of a discount code, which you can use for your next purchase.
Refund to original mode of payment: In this case, INR 100 will be deducted as handling charges as there are associated bank processing charges.
Bank transfer: If you'd like to receive the refund through bank transfer, please share your bank details through e-mail. Please make sure that the information is correct. We are not liable to issue a refund again in case the bank information is different. INR 100 will be deducted from the total order value as bank processing charges in this case.
However, there are some exceptions to this. We will be happy to waive off the INR 100 pickup fee if your product has been damaged in transit, a wrong item has been sent, or if there is a significant design defect in the product.
Below cases do not qualify as a design defect:
Minor colour or design variations: Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
If your product darkens over time: Natural oxidation is a property of silver metal and is caused by varying climatic and storage conditions.
No exchanges or refunds will be allowed for size or fit issues. If you have any concerns about the size or fit of a product, do consult our team prior to placing your order, and we would be happy to help.
No exchanges or refunds are allowed in cases of minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
Please note:
At Bohuroopi, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. To promote mindful shopping and ensure a fair experience for all customers, each customer is eligible for up to three returns and/or exchanges during a period of 90 calendar days. Returns or exchanges beyond this limit will be subject to approval on a case-by-case basis. We believe that setting this limit encourages informed and conscious shopping choices, benefiting both our customers and our commitment to sustainability.
Please note that an uncut, full unboxing video is mandatory for missing items claims. Taking a video at the time of unboxing will ensure your right for a refund in case there are some discrepancies with the product quantity or quality. While we strive to give the best experience to all our customers, if you find that you have not received a certain item, please get in touch with our Support team and we will guide you through the next steps.
