Bohuroopi Connect is a marketplace platform connecting talents (actors, influencers, creators) with hirers (brands, filmmakers, agencies). We facilitate connections but are not a party to the agreements between users.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By creating an account, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Harass or abuse other users.
• Use the platform for any illegal purposes.
• Attempt to bypass platform security or contact-unlock mechanisms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Bohuroopi Connect is owned by us or our licensors. User-uploaded content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bohuroopi Connect is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from your interactions with other users.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
